Hey Y'all,

Here is the menu for 11/7.  Chef Andy Allen is hookin' it up.  Check this out. Five courses.

 

Apple,radish,and crispy root vegetable
with snap frozen muscadine ice
Vegetable Terrine and vegetables "Cru"
porridge gnocci , farmers cheese and fresh herbs


Grilled Younges Island Squab, fall squash, juniper and amaranth


Corriander creme caramel
